Brett Favre is taking an optimistic strategy to his battle with Parkinson’s … telling TMZ Sports activities he “can’t complain” about his lot in life — though he did admit he’s typically struggling, as a result of “when I wake up in the morning, I feel like a board.”
The Corridor of Famer opened up about his illness on Thursday afternoon … and take a look at his interview with us, it is clear, he is remaining tremendous constructive regardless of the dire analysis.
The 55-year-old says medical doctors have caught every part extraordinarily early — “In fact,” he informed us, “my doctor said you may be the earliest patient I’ve ever seen to come in.”
He added that his treatment has made all of his signs manageable … and he is staying inspired about the opportunity of some form of impending treatment.
However, the ex-Inexperienced Bay Packers famous person did say there’s one factor in regards to the ordeal that is bothering him — some tight muscle tissue within the AM.
“With my Parkinson’s, the main side effect is rigidity and stiffness,” he stated. “I have a little bit of shaking, but not much. But, rigidity and stiffness.”
“When I wake up in the morning, I feel like a board,” he continued. “I don’t need any help because of football to be any stiffer. But, all things considered, I’m a very blessed man.”

Favre was first informed he had Parkinson’s again in January — following points along with his proper arm and hand. In September, he revealed the analysis to the general public at a listening to on Capitol Hill.
Since then, Favre informed us he is been feeling a ton of affection from associates, household and different supporters — and even attempting out varied therapies to cope with the matter.
