The members of the family of the suspect in Sunday’s Colorado assault have been detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers and could possibly be deported as early as Tuesday night, in accordance with the White Home.
The spouse and 5 kids of Mohamed Soliman, the suspect within the Boulder assault linked to antisemitism and deemed a terrorist by authorities, are in “ICE custody for expedited removal.”
Homeland Safety Secretary Kristi Noem confirmed the members of the family of Soliman have been being taken into custody.
Noem assured the general public that Soliman could be “prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.” Nonetheless, the secretary added that his household can also be below investigation.
