Jason Tartick skilled a close to heart-stopping second when he walked outdoors his house to take a name … solely to find his neighbor sprawled on the bottom, bleeding and unable to stand up.
“The Bachelorette” alum shared the story Monday … his next-door neighbor, Bert, who Jason says is battling stage 4 bone most cancers, had been mendacity on the bottom for greater than an hour — and he instantly realized the scenario was dire.

Jason says Bert was struggling to maneuver, and likewise was bleeding from his head.
He wasted no time operating to assist his neighbor and dialed 911. In Jason’s video you’ll be able to see an ambulance and fireplace truck on the scene shortly earlier than first responders took Bert to the hospital.
Jason captioned the video, “Praying for Bert. I also never take calls outside, just randomly went out there for a call. Thank God I did.”
