A girl accused of taking pictures a 7-month-old toddler on the streets of Philadelphia has been arrested … and TMZ has obtained her mug shot.
Dominique Billips — the 28-year-old accused of the crime — has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act (VUFA), and associated offenses in accordance with a press launch from Philly PD.
PPD says they arrested Billips Friday — the day after the caught-on-camera taking pictures — apprehending her with out incident.

As we reported … viral video reveals two mother and father strolling with their child when a girl strolls up and begins taking pictures at them. The person runs away instantly — leaving the girl and child to fend for themselves.
The girl screams out “My baby” and the shooter — allegedly Billips — yells out “F*** your baby, b***h” earlier than taking pictures once more on the mom who scurries off as nicely.

Cops informed us the taking pictures — which resulted within the child receiving a bullet wound to the leg — occurred after the couple bought into an argument with the girl.
The infant was handled on the hospital and is in secure situation, although cops say the kid remains to be receiving therapy.
