Bournemouth have launched a press release confirming they’ve dropped Alex Jimenez for his or her recreation towards Fulham this weekend.
The membership say that is in relation to an investigation into posts circulating on social media, which they describe as being of a severe nature.
The assertion reads: “AFC Bournemouth are aware of posts circulating on social media involving right-back, Alex Jimenez.
“The membership perceive the seriousness of the matter and it’s at the moment being investigated.
“As a result, Alex will not be included in the squad for tomorrow’s Premier League game against Fulham and the club will be making no further comment at this time.”
Sky Sports activities Information has tried to contact representatives of Jimenez for remark.
Jimenez, who turned 21 on Friday, has made 32 appearances for Bournemouth this season after a summer time mortgage change from AC Milan.
The transfer to Vitality Stadium was made everlasting in February.
