7:52 PM PT — There have been 60 passengers and 4 crew members on board the airplane … in response to American Airways. ABC Information studies there have been 3 Military troopers on board the Black Hawk helicopter.
An American Airways regional jet making ready to land in Washington D.C. on Wednesday evening collided with a army Blackhawk helicopter close to Reagan Washington Nationwide Airport … in response to the Federal Aviation Administration.
American Airways stated in a press release … “We’re aware of reports that American Eagle flight 5342, operated by PSA, with service from Wichita, Kansas (ICT) to Washington Reagan National Airport (DCA) has been involved in an incident. We will provide information as it becomes available.”
