Addison Rae’s dad, Monty Lopez, claimed his estranged spouse, Kaitlyn Lopez, had a gun on her throughout their latest altercation that led to him being thrown behind bars … TMZ has realized.
In line with court docket docs, obtained by TMZ, Monty requested the court docket to grant him an order of safety in opposition to his spouse, Kaitlyn Nicole Lopez.
Within the submitting, Monty alleged that Kaitlyn had bodily attacked him a number of occasions throughout their relationship. As TMZ first reported, Monty and Kaitlyn wed in a Vegas ceremony in October 2025.
Monty claims that his estranged spouse slapped and shoved him. He alleged that Kaitlyn had a gun and advised him it was not for her.
Monty claimed that Kaitlyn has points together with her mother and father, who he says will verify his claims concerning the gun.
Monty requested the court docket for unique use of their residence and assist from Kaitlyn. The court docket signed off on the safety order, which requires Kaitlyn to vacate the house and keep 100 yards away from Monty. The exes are scheduled to face off in court docket subsequent month.
