As U.S. particular envoy Steve Witkoff enters talks with Russian officers in Moscow on a Trump administration proposal Ukraine has already accepted for a 30-day ceasefire, President Vladimir Putin’s overseas coverage adviser, Yuri Ushakov, rejected the concept.
