In keeping with cops, a 30-year-old suspect was taken into custody on the scene. Police say the incident is just not an act of terrorism.
Folks have been within the streets celebrating Lapu Lapu Day, which honors the Filipino tradition and Lapu-Lapu, a nationwide hero of the Philippines.
