Leonardo DiCaprio is maintaining his philanthropic work, pledging $1M to help wildfire reduction efforts amid the devastating Los Angeles wildfires.
The film star made the announcement on social media on Wednesday, revealing the donation could be at the side of his group Re:wild to assist each fast wants and long-term restoration after the fires.
The org’s Fast Response Program is specifically designed to deal with environmental disasters and emergencies. The preliminary help will help the Los Angeles Hearth Division Basis, California Hearth Basis, World Central Kitchen, California Neighborhood Basis, Pasadena Humane Society, and SoCal Hearth Fund.
