Jay-Z‘s rape accuser may take the music mogul’s recommendation and file a legal grievance towards him after slapping him with a civil go well with alleging sexual assault, in response to her lawyer Tony Buzbee.
In a press release emailed to TMZ, Buzbee mentioned he is not ruling out submitting rape prices towards Jay with New York authorities, saying … “What happens next is up to my client. It’s her case and what she decides to do you will find out in due course.”
Per New York state regulation, there isn’t any statute of limitations for alleged victims to file a first-degree felony rape grievance.
As we reported Monday … Buzbee filed a civil lawsuit towards Jay-Z, claiming the rapper drugged and raped a 13-year-old lady together with Diddy at a celebration following the MTV Music Awards in 2000.
Jay replied by saying the rape allegation is “so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree?”
In his response to TMZ, Buzbee took a shot at Jay, telling us, “I typically don’t take advice from an alleged perp whose defense consists entirely of silly personal attacks.”
So, proper now, it is anybody’s guess the place this concern over the legal grievance is headed. However, one factor’s for certain — Buzbee is just not shy about bringing authorized motion towards anybody, regardless of who they’re.
What’s extra, Buzbee and his shopper, recognized as a “Jane Doe,” initially filed the go well with solely towards Diddy in October … accusing the Dangerous Boy Data founder and an nameless movie star of sexually assaulting her — whereas an unnamed feminine appeared on.

Jane Doe then amended the go well with and recognized Jay because the nameless movie star, refiling the authorized doc Sunday.
As you recognize, Jay furiously denied all accusations in his fiery assertion posted to Instagram.
