Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated Donald Trump on his election victory, saying he is able to interact with the incoming U.S. president.
The Kremlin chief made the remarks throughout a coverage discussion board in Sochi, Russia, on Thursday. Answering questions on the finish of a prolonged speech, Putin mentioned he wished to “take this opportunity to congratulate [Trump] on his election as president of the United States.”
