The “Hot In Herre” rapper was busted after being pulled over in Maryland Heights … a suburb outdoors St. Louis, Nelly’s hometown.
Nelly — authorities identify Cornell Haynes II — was taken into custody at 4:45 AM Wednesday and booked on the Maryland Heights Police Division. He is since been launched.
TMZ obtained Nelly’s mug shot … and his eyes seem bloodshot and he is principally expressionless in a black hoodie, white undershirt and a few bling.
