Aliyah looked shaky at first, but settled in nicely and shows promise as a potential top babyface.
WWE really wanted you to know that Aliyah has been has been holed up in developmental for seven years. They must have said it at least seven times.
In what is quickly becoming a trend for Survivor Series, Aliyah was promptly removed from Team SmackDown after the biggest win of her career.

Los Lotharios def. Shinsuke Nakamura and Rick Boogs
Rick Boogs did a good job getting the crowd whipped up into a frenzy for Shinsuke Nakamura as they’ve memorized his whole entrance routine.
How is Shinsuke Nakamura still allowed to be Intercontinental champion? He hasn’t defended it in ages and seems more interested in tag team competition.
Von Wagner appeared in a backstage segment alongside Adam Pearce and the announce team acted like they didn’t know who he was. They wouldn’t even say his name.
Charlotte Flair and Toni Storm Come Face-to-Face
Charlotte cut a great promo, calling Becky Lynch “Becky uh-oh,” and even getting the crowd to sing along with “uh-oh” chants.
If Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair can come face-to-face in an unscripted environment similar to CM Punk and Eddie Kingston, it would make for some absolutely compelling television.
After Charlotte Flair, who nicknamed herself the “Star-maker” blew off Toni Storm, Micheal Cole amusingly noted that Flair was a star-maker but not a match taker.
Jeff Hardy def. Sami Zayn—Loser is off Team SmackDown
No matter how many times WWE has beaten Jeff Hardy, he’s still one of the most over Superstars on this roster because WWE has trained its audience to think legends of the past are more important than current stars. Norfolk, Va. was going crazy for him.
I despise all the team shuffling on each Survivor Series team after they were announced. It really makes it seem like WWE randomly announcing these teams on Twitter wasn’t a well thought-out idea. Imagine that.
King Woods def. Roman Reigns via Disqualification
If Roman Reigns has to bend the knee at the risk of relinquishing the Universal Championship, why not just make this match for the Universal Championship.
Reigns did a great job with his facial expressions that suggested he had overlooked King Woods and might have run into a buzz saw.
This is the second consecutive “Bend the Knee” match that ended in disqualification, and this time around, The Usos crowned Roman Reigns king, which seems even more disrespectful.
