Mary’s daughter Molly Schrader — who Mary shared together with her Oscar-nominated writer-director husband Paul Schrader — tells TMZ … Mary handed away yesterday morning from Alzheimer’s in Jersey Metropolis.
The late actress was surrounded by household, together with Paul.
On Fb, Paul and Molly reportedly launched a joint assertion, writing, “She was an actress, a spouse, a sister, a mom, an aunt, a buddy, and she or he took on all these roles with grace and sort ferocity.”
They added … “Although we’re all grieving there is some comfort in knowing she is no longer suffering and reunited with her sisters in peace.”
In her illustrious profession, Mary labored throughout a number of mediums, together with stage, movie and tv, and earned three Tony nominations for her roles in “Crimes of the Heart,” “Trelawny of the Wells” and “Benefactors.”
