Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner are firing again at Ray J‘s accusation that they deliberate to launch the notorious intercourse tape … denying all of it underneath oath.
In keeping with new paperwork reviewed by TMZ … Kim and Kris each filed declarations addressing previous rumors concerning the intercourse tape being a “staged event” — with each calling the cost a straight-up lie.
Kim says, “[Ray J’s] declare that I had a plan with my mom and others to launch a intercourse tape, defraud the general public, and file a ‘faux’ lawsuit in opposition to the porn firm that launched it to ‘create buzz’ is a lie.”
Kris eviscerated Ray J in her personal assertion … calling allegations that she was in control of the “commercial exploitation” of Kim’s intercourse tape “absolutely false.”
She goes on to say she didn’t “make my daughter Kim film any sex tape or decide what tape to release, as Defendant further outrageously claimed in his cross-complaint. As a mother, the notion that I orchestrated or produced sex tapes involving my daughter, or was in any way involved in the creation or distribution of any sex tapes, is not only entirely untrue but deeply offensive and harmful and has haunted me for decades.”
As you understand … Kim and Kris filed a lawsuit in opposition to Ray J again in October, accusing him of defamation. He responded by submitting a countersuit claiming they violated a settlement settlement barring any get together from speaking concerning the intercourse tape.
