Tish Hyman On Board with Spencer Pratt for Mayor, Simply Not Karen Bass

Los Angeles mayoral candidate Tish Hyman is sharing her ideas on fellow poll buddy Spencer Pratt … and he or she tells us as long as Karen Bass does not win, she does not see Spencer as direct competitors.
