5:02 PM PT — Authorities now say not less than three persons are lifeless and 11 have been injured within the UPS aircraft crash.
Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear referred to as it a “catastrophic” scene and warned the loss of life toll is anticipated to rise, including lots of the victims suffered “very significant” accidents.

In response to authorities … the aircraft crashed at about 5:15 PM native time shortly after taking off for Honolulu.
There may be at the moment a shelter in place for the world inside 5 miles of the airport … as police assess how many individuals are injured. It is unclear if there have been any casualties.
