Diddy sexually assaulted a girl in an evening membership as she was celebrating her twentieth birthday … shoving his hand up her skirt and forcefully penetrating her together with his fingers … at the very least based on a brand new lawsuit.
The Unhealthy Boy Data founder was simply hit with a brand new lawsuit filed by his authorized nemesis, Houston legal professional Tony Buzbee.
In line with the swimsuit, obtained by TMZ, a girl named Leiana Ripley says Diddy approached her at Membership Playhouse in Los Angeles round November 1, 2016 and demanded she drink a beverage he supplied her.
She says she declined at first however Diddy responded, “Bitch, I am not asking you. Drink that shit and shut the f*** up.” She says she felt frightened and compelled to drink the beverage he “forcefully slid” in the direction of her.
The girl says Diddy then put an arm round her and used his different hand to go up her skirt and penetrate her. She says he informed her, “Bitch I do what I want, take that s***.” She says he laughed when she tried to push him off and appeared “amused by her distress.”
She says Diddy finally let her go and she or he left the membership and referred to as a cab. She claims she felt disoriented, dizzy, light-headed and was unable to face by the point she received again to her resort … and she or he wanted assist attending to her room.
The girl says she awakened the following day with bruising and a tear in and round her genitals, which she claims was a probable results of the alleged assault. She says she additionally suffered psychological trauma.
She’s going after Diddy for damages. Buzbee represents over 100 purchasers who’ve sued Diddy for sexual assault.
