“16 and Pregnant” star Whitney Purvis left a prolonged and emotional message on the net obituary web page of a person who fatally overdosed on medicine she allegedly provided … TMZ has realized.
The heartfelt remark, posted on March 3, was written weeks after the February demise of John Mark Harris — who authorities say was given lethal medicine by Purvis previous to his demise.
Purvis wrote … “John mark, I hate that I found out what happened today and missed your funeral. I wish I could’ve found out sooner and attended your celebration of life. thank you for being such a great friend to me and always making me feel beautiful and cared for.”
She went on to explain their shut friendship in vivid element — recalling their shared love of cooking, TV binge classes, smoking Camel Crush cigarettes collectively, and lengthy conversations about life. “You came to my rescue on many occasions and saved me over the years,” she added. “I could tell you anything and you always knew what to say.”
WP mentioned she’ll miss his wonderful cooking and miss snuggling on the sofa watching TV with John. “Most of all, I’ll miss you, a truly good-hearted & one-of-a-kind man, John Mark.”

We broke the story … Whitney was arrested Monday in Georgia on an involuntary manslaughter cost for allegedly deliberately distributing a drug known as Tranq — a combo of Fentanyl and Xylazine. Cops say the Tranq prompted John Mark to undergo a poisonous overdose.
