The man arrested for crashing his automobile onto Jennifer Aniston‘s Bel-Air property is now dealing with felony fees for stalking her for a number of years.
L.A. County District Lawyer Nathan Hochman introduced Wednesday he’d slapped Jimmy Wayne Carwyle with one rely of felony stalking and one rely of felony vandalism … and stated the suspect could be in courtroom Thursday for his arraignment.
TMZ broke the story … LAPD was digging into 48-year-old Carwyle’s social media after discovering a number of rambling posts that talked about Jennifer — and, in a single, he really referred to her as his bride.
Hochman says Carwyle’s harassment of the actress dates again to 2023, when he began sending her undesirable social media messages, voicemails and emails.
If convicted, the Mississippi man faces as much as 3 years in jail.
Carwyle was arrested Monday afternoon when he allegedly drove his automobile into Jennifer’s safety gate. Her safety guards shortly responded with weapons drawn, and held Carwyle till cops arrived on the scene.
Though JA was house on the time, she was not harmed and by no means had any interplay with Carwyle.
