50 Cent is looking off the canine … he is taking steps to drop his defamation lawsuit towards his ex, Daphne Pleasure.
The rapper simply filed new authorized docs, obtained by TMZ, asking the choose to dismiss the swimsuit with out prejudice … the choose has but to log off, nevertheless it’s only a formality at this level.
It is a full 180 for Fiddy … as we reported, he filed his defamation swimsuit towards Daphne again in Could after she publicly accused him of rape and bodily abuse.
Daphne made the allegation in a March 28 Instagram put up the place she scolded 50 Cent for trolling her over her inclusion in a separate lawsuit involving Diddy, including … “Let’s put the real focus on your true evil actions of raping me and physically abusing me.”
TMZ broke the story … Daphne deleted the put up in July in an effort to clean issues over with 50 Cent and for the sake of their son, Sire.
On its face, it seems to be like Daphne’s transfer labored … as a result of 50 Cent now not needs to maneuver ahead with the lawsuit.
