Dallas Cowboys defensive lineman Marshawn Kneeland died on the age of 24 on Thursday morning, the workforce introduced.
Kneeland was a second-round select of Western Michigan on the 2024 NFL Draft.
He scored his first profession landing within the NFL on Monday night time when he recovered a blocked punt ultimately zone through the Cowboys’ defeat to the Arizona Cardinals.

The Cowboys didn’t disclose any particulars as to the reason for dying.

“We are deeply saddened by the tragic news of the passing of Cowboys’ Marshawn Kneeland,” the NFL stated in an announcement. “Our thoughts and prayers are with his girlfriend Catalina, family, friends and his teammates. We have been in contact with the Cowboys and have offered support and counselling resources.”
Kneeland recorded 27.5 tackles for loss, 13 sacks, three compelled fumbles and three move breakups throughout 38 video games for Western Michigan in school.
